Barb Boosters proudly supports DeKalb High School, Clinton Rosette Middle School and Huntley Middle School.

The DeKalb Barb Boosters are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial support, encouraging physical fitness and promoting enthusiasm and sportsmanship for all interscholastic athletic activities.

Your membership and other fund raising activities help reinforce our school spirit and loyalty.

 

We are a group of volunteers that raise funds to support the athletes, cheerleaders, poms, and band members at both middle schools and the high school. Over $60,000 is allocated to uniforms and equipment each year.

Scholarships are awarded to qualified seniors each year. We also support the Sport Nights, Booster Bash and organize the Senior Banquets. Boosters organize and facilitate fundraisers, concessions, sell 50/50 raffle tickets and spirit wear at DeKalb football/basketball games.

Our biggest event is organizing and managing the First National Challenges with First National Bank of Omaha and Sycamore Sports Boosters.

In addition to joining Boosters, we offer Spirit Packages you can purchase to support our programs.

Attending Barb Booster meetings is a great way to network with other parents, meet coaches, support our student-athletes, and be involved. We meet on the third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the driver’s ed room (P107) at DeKalb High School. All are welcome to attend, we hope to see you there!
